NLP Overages is a recovery agency founded by Nelson Perez. Founder Nelson Perez has more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement, private investigations, process serving procedures and utilizing skip tracing research technology.

NLP Overages is a closely held Tampa LLC that was formed to recover unclaimed funds/assets belonging to individuals and companies. We saw a need to locate owners of funds/assets that were being held by federal, county and states agencies and are working to recover those funds and return them to their rightful owners.  We advocate for our clients and consult with them in how to proceed in getting these funds from the government agencies.

We will be your advocates, searching out documentation, filling out the proper forms, and even going to court with our attorney to argue your claim. Don’t let money or assets that should be yours continue to linger unclaimed. We will help you navigate the complicated process of regaining possession.

We utilize our own database data and skip search methods to track abandoned cash, assets, funds.

No confidential information is required and you won’t need to divert valuable resources because we do all the work necessary for the funds to be paid.  After receipt of payment is confirmed, we then invoice for our contingent fee which is a percentage of the amount received.

We will never ask you for any money upfront, there are no hidden fees, there is absolutely no risk to you because if there is no recovery of funds, there is no fee to us. We incur in the cost of identifying and processing your claim, notarize the forms and other legal means to get you paid.
